It is a musical instrument called "singing pipe" which is a long slender piece of pipe and you have to hold it at one end and rotate it like a slingshot. And it gives out a constant tone, which changes octaves depending on the speed of rotation.
I bent the singing pipe and kept them side by side and took the photo. My singing pipe is blue and white strips and ridged. No other colors.
The difference in top and botton tone in the BW conversion is because I lit only the top one and left the bottom one unlit.

Both roof-tiles and straws came to mind at first, but this almost (!) looks like two horizontal cylindrical tubes on closer inspection. With stripes on .. and designed to bend? At the lower part of the image my "tube" theory withers though.. lol
Straws after all? The upper one red and or yellow the lower one blue'ish?
