What I can say is it's an O, an actual Object. And that object has a strong connection with the hand over. All will be clear (well, mostly) when the answer is revealed. - Anon

This could get tricky... Is this a reconstruction of an event that took place during the handover ceremony? Or are the objects in the photos that actually origin from the ceremonies? I looked at a few pictures from it: There were drapery hanging on stage that look like the one around and below the "board game". My "Niagara Falls". There is some writing I can't figure out, around the center there What I thought were plastic tiles seems to really be an arrangement of some kind of sticks.. they look a little flaky..not sure how well they connect..
