I am the newbie and thank you, this has been fun. I signed up for a Pbase account last month and stumbled accross these challenges by accident. I am new to photography as well (using anything other than full auto). I just purchased my Digital Rebel XT last year. This is the first picture I submitted and it is the head of a Chinese dragon, cropped and rotated. Jim H2

And who is this "Jim H" the newbie or the one who won maximum challenges here.... :) If there are really two of you Jim H, then we do need some way of idetifying you two separately, otherwise it will get confusing. I'm sorry, I might have made a comment somewhere which may not be viewed polite, but I was under the impression that the original Jim H is just being colorful. He has a great sense of humor you know!
