You are really good «guessers», cat and Victor: Yes, these are air-conditioning vents, though neither in the Right Whale-Building nor in a plane or in an auditorium (but, yes, in a public place with the word «hall» coming close enough)... Keep coming back here: in a less than a week I’ll post a link to show you the architectural context. Thanks, anyway, for playing cat’s UFO-game with my images! ;-) — db.

Yes absolutely, that's the idea! But I can't stop trying ... :) Come to think of it, it resembles air vents in plane, but the why so many and all pointed in the same direction and also the background looks like a hall or auditorium of somekind. -Cat
