This, to me, is a perfect example of why we don't usually submit images with no PP.
It's a pleasing image, in itself, but just some basic PP (coarse USM, rotate a bit and crop, then some very light USM) brings the image to another level.
I won't post my adjustments, but I challenge anyone to say to me that just the basic steps don't make a huge difference to this picture - go ahead, try it!
