Thank you very much, Olaf. Do look at Hockney though. His artwork should be right up your architectural alley! ~ Lonnit

Interesting piece. The distortions are fascinating and the matching color of the swimsuit and water forces the viewer to analyse the shot to see the subject. Don't have the time to look into Hockney right now, but your photograph does look like art...

Thank you so much, guys. I don't know who Hockney is, so I'll have to go google him. Hang on a sec while I do that...

Ok, I'm back. WOW! What an interesting artist! So unique, and what a wonderful use of color! Also being an architecht, it is like he brings architectural renderings to life! His "rendered people" are wonderful. I think Olaf might like this! I have a architectural past, working for a contractor, designing, drafting, estimating, and selling home renovations.

For others unfamilar, here's a link to his art.

Thanks for pointing out this artist to me. I really enjoyed looking thru his work. And an especially big thank you for the wonderful compliment of comparison! I'm flattered.

Exactly what Traveller said, down to the Hockney comment and everything. I very unusual and refreshing photo to see in a challenge gallery. Very nice indeed. -bee1000

Lonnit, I've looked at this several times...it is perfect, (for what it is), Sam (?) super-realism or even David Hockney....very good. Best Wishes, Traveller
