Great subtlety in the tones. May I make a suggestion about the crop though? See this:

Great...Because of the "twirling" of the feathers and the way it combines with the neck, head and beak, I wonder if a composition that would render the head and the eye upwards and to the right wouldn't be more effective...

Debbi, yes Fibonacci is what I thought as I saw this image.

Lee, because of that Fibonacci curves, the photo *may* gain from a tighter crop
