It's also strange in the northeastern U.S...temps above normal and only a light dusting of snow once since winter started. The roads and landscape do look strangely empty, don't they?

Dearest Tom: That is a stange winter for Romania. I only remember piles of snow and skidding down icy streets, my breaks not working to stop the car at all. Hummmmm...very warm here in the United States also, though we in Southern California are not getting our normal rain. Very Strange. Best Wishes, Traveller
