Appreciate your comments iso3200, Melanie and jnconradie. I weighed the colored original with the monochrom version and liked the latter more. I felt it brought the gown into attention and eliminated some of the distracting oriental rug design. I find the idea of a colorful theme intreging and I should have thiught of it as well. Agree this is the best of the three, and not unlike an idea I had thought of but didn't have time. Might have been nice to produce this idea of love with the warmth of a colour image (I suppose that was what in my own minds eye) but its still working for me, and needed no explanation when I saw it.

I think the lady just dropped a bit of her laundry on the way to the clothes washer. (There are socks and a perspiration-stained teeshirt somewhere down the hall.) Quit romanticizing, will ya? I love images like this that pique the imagination! Nice one!! shu
