Nico, as you might have guessed, this is a heat dish. The flame near my finger is done with a small piece of tissue paper crushed into a small ball, squezed it into one of the gaps in the grill, then lighted it. My finger is right behind the fire and as close as I could get it :)

Wonderfully creative! Please do let me/us know in due course how to get that done. I also entered shots relating to fire, but I did not allow the flames to get this close to me!! Well done - and most definitely on topic, in my opinion. ~jnconradie
