Thanks for the comments, Melanie and Nico. It does actually say 'OUTLAW'; even the license plate says 'OUTLAW7'. This is pretty much 'out of the camera' and I think its some sort of police chase vehicle, but I'm not sure what its exact use is. I took this pic from a freeway overpass during a drive-by in memorial for an officer that was shot and killed here in Colorado Springs last week. Regards, -mikey
