Thank you both for your comments. Pops, I've taken so many shots with bittersweet this fall that even I am beginning to get a bit tired of it. Attractive as it is, it's a terribly invasive plant, and it seems to be everywhere this year. I hope it's not becoming the kudzu of the north!

Ah, Bittersweet! My father used to cut bittersweet and bring it to my mother for arrangements in the house. Every time I see it, it brings back old and fond memories.
