Lonnit, I would love to meet you sometime, maybe we could do a photographer's excursion and get together. Mary Anne, who doesn't live too far from here, and I get together fairly regularly. I would not mind driving down to you or perhaps we could meet somewhere in between. What do you think? Actually, I would love meeting any of you who live in New England. Oh, sure, drive right by and don't even wave! LOL! Yes, the Long Island beaches are quite beautiful. I've gone to various islands and heard about the beautiful sand, but I must admit, it's not all that different than our south shore beaches. :) ~ Lonnit

Hi, Lonnit! No, I live way upstate near Albany but I was on Jones Beach just once last year when we went to the Island for a friend's birthday. I have been enjoying your Jones Beach shots throughout the challenges. It is a remarkably beautiful place. ~Sharon
