This is such an awesome shot! I love the people on the left out enjoying the evening. You can tell it isn't in the US either because there would be a railing around that platform area with danger signs all over the place because some stupid person would fall off then sue the restaurant owner for not warning the customers that they could get hurt if they fell off. lol
