Excellent photography and "priceless" thoughts added. Bravo!

Yes, I guess Mastercard's Priceless campaign http://www.priceless.com) has also become the world's most spoofed ad campaign, but this is certainly in a much higher class than the typical stuff floating on the web. And what I like even more is that it was not desiged as a direct copy-cat attempt: different layout, different copy, different style, etc. As you explained, it was really just a recollection of the key message.

Compliments! Regards ~jnconradie

OH that is adorable; the expression on the girl's face is priceless. Very cute.

It was Mastercard, I am sure that both Mastercard and their ad agency will be glad to that people don't remember who the ad was for.

I really like the color photo! It is a really nice image, with the white of the water, then the color of the girl's skin and suit.

Lonnit,

It was based on a previous (I think) American Express ad campaign. I don't recall what the tag line was though.

Lovely, Lee. Ok, I'm having brain-glitch... what ad is that taken from? I know the ad patter yet I can't recall which company uses it. Is it american express? ~ Lonnit

Thanks guys.
Phil, I went for BW, because there really was not much color in the shot. The only color is her bright blue swim suit. It just seemed too distracting and took away from my main focus of her face.

I don't know about color...this seems just about perfect to me. And moving. Best Wishes, Traveller

Lee,
This is just excellent and your wording is perfect.
I do wonder, though, why you opted for b/w? Not that it's a bad thing, mind, but would colour have been better?
