First let me start by saying I am not affliated with the brand in the image. I just happened to have this bottle of wine handy for a prop and then wanted to try some of my Photoshop skills to see what I could come up with.
How This Image Was Made:
The wine bottle was originally shot on a white paper backdrop, using my studio lights with a 24x36 softbox, to try to practice doing some product shots. A few weeks later, I then placed it into
Photoshop and started to play around a bit. I first removed the background, added the white to black background. Copied the bottle and changed the sizes to look as if they we behind this one, darkened them a bit to give the appearance of a less light on them. Took the
main bottle and copied it, flipped it upside down and move it to make it appear it was a reflection. Added a gradient to make it disappear like it does. Then I added a copy of the wine bottle logo that I got off their website. The California part was just to add some text to
finish it up.
