Wow ... what a cool structure. My first thought was "how might this look if shot in the wee hours of the morning, so there'd be no (or considerably fewer) people. But after looking at it more, the subjects in frame offer a sense of scale while those in the reflection add to the cityscape reflection. Cool shot.

I echo Olaf's comment, I just don't remember seeing a more compelling image of the bean. The rich bronze tones are fantastic. -Michael

thanks all! Te good thing is it was during the golden hour, not too dark, not too bright... the bad thing, it was right after a concert at the park... lot of people...so, I had to wait until the right time... ;-)
This is my most favorite piece of public art and you have done a good job with this image. How did you keep everyone from walking between your camera and the bean so you could get this shot? Very nice! ~Sharon
