Very good... and the cloning, too! :-) Regards ~jnconradie

All--I have extended my windmill on the left-hand side in order to bring the compositon in to balance. I hope my clone job doesn't look like a "bad haircut," however!!! LOL shu

I'd love to explore the inside.

Love the colours, the red and blue go so well together. Great shot Shu. Cheers, Vikas.

Hi Shu, now that you mentioned it... yes, I agree. It might be interesting to also try a whole different composition as well, with the windmill quite off-centre (sort-of rules-of-thirds-style), depending of course on what else is in its vicinity. Does the blue sky come from a polarizing filter? (Not that it matters to me, I like it and also use CP filters a lot.) Regards ~jnconradie

Note: The more I look at this image, the more I believe it needs more space on the left-hand side. If any of you agree, please leave a comment. It's funny how things like this go unnoticed during the processing of an image. I guess that's one of the reasons for challenges like this--- getting acquainted with one's own images. LOL shu

The image is a brighter version of what I actually saw......with PS "tinkering," it immediately became "My Windmill!" (It's a well-known landmark on Cape Cod, Mass.) Thanks for your nice comment! shu

How can a windmill with bright red doors against such a blue sky not be the basis for an attractive photograph. Well captured, Shu! (I wondered if there is a story behind the title in the sense that it might be on your property, or perhaps just very close to you, or perhaps just highly loved as object for photoshoots.... Or...?) ~jnconradie
