Thank you for your comments.. Yup the city lights look like a sunset, but that my be partly due to a little aggressive Levels adjustment on my part(delibrate).
It has been a while since I took the photo. I cannot remmeber what had caused the streaks.. I have been thinking of heading back to the 360 again for some time now, noe of these nights..
That is weird how the long exposure makes it look like sunset in the east from the city lights. Do you know what causes those two dark streaks on the right side of the picture? You've got me curious now. I may have to head to the source to see if I can figure it out. -- Victor
