Mike, it's the controversial EF-S 17-55 f/2.8. I'm having lots of fun with it. It might even make my 60mm obsolete if it works well with tubes. Thank you for your kind comments.

Thanks, kt. I was just asking since I walked through an exceedingly similar looking field of flowers near Munich yesterday! (I just could not figure out a way to capture to full impact of the view.) I guess the common thread is Spring... in the Northern Hemisphere! ~jnconradie
