My Desk

I noticed this little thing crawling up my arm so my first instinct was to grab the macro lens. I pushed him off of my arm onto the desk and he just layed there, belly up, seeming to nap a bit. I think he was faking it because he soon rolled over and then flew away. This critter was approximately 1.5 to 2 mm in length. Taken at 5X with the MP-E lens.

Actually, Jim, this totally creeps me out as I'm not an insect aficionado. However, I think you can consider that a compliment because a poorly taken shot wouldn't creep me out (from a subject standpoint). -Michael
