Lee, I kind of regret posting that comment below. But what the heck, I was torn, and I do keep coming back to this striking and lovely picture. I do hope it does well in the challenge, it deserves it. Best Wishes, Traveller

You know, Lee, because of all the great submissions, I don't think I'll be able to have an extra vote for this. But I did want to say again how pleasing to my eye this is. Really, really good work. Best Wishes, Traveller

Great moment Lee. Looks quite dangerous! Yet peaceful at the same time. Nice juxtaposition! -Cat

Thanks!
I guess I will not tell you that the dam is about 20' tall and that they walked throught the water to get there.

You are right, it is not the strongest on topic shot, but I liked it and they were wearing jeans.

Yikes! I get a funny feeling in my tummy looking at this. Trouble is, my eye is pulled down where the water goes and I would never have given any thought to the bluejeans, seeing this in any other context. Great shot, though!

Much, much better, Lee. It was nice before, it is nice now...there is nothing wrong in that.

Thanks, Mr. T. I redid everything with my old way of converting RAW. Was trying out Capture One LT. I hope this looks better.

I really like this Lee, the water all muddy, smooth and yet beding back also. The sunlight looks a little harsh, but if this was mid-day, it is difficult. In PP I suppose you could tone this aspect down a little if you wanted...but still this is a great capture. Best wishes, Traveller
