I think the outer rings have a sense of motion because they are spinning. We have a wind spinner like this and it is really fun. It never occurred to me to photograph it though, good work, Markjay! Very colorful and right on topic! ~Sharon

A beautiful shot. Its very dynamic perhaps because the shallow depth of field seems to give the outer rings a sense of motion. Love the colors, too.
