Sharon - you were going to tell us how you did this. We're still in suspense! :)

I don't know, Doctah. It seems too much of a coincidence that the blurps follow some of the tree trunks, and are so well-centered in them. I suspect intelligent design here :) .. Lew

It's _gotta_ be the shiny sheet of metal with bullet holes. -Doctah

Thanks, Lew and Michael! Of all the comments here one is correct about how this was done. I will reveal all after the voting! ~Sharon

Lovely idea.

They look to me like you've performed rectangular-to-polar transformations on selected small areas of the photo and replicated them. I really like the effect, by whatever means you arrived at it. .. Lew

ROTFLMAO, Lonnit! Very funny! ~Sharon

My first thought was semi-melted sleet, however, the blue sky would indicate it was not sleeting at that moment, for I've never witnessed sleet sunshowers - or would that be sun sleet-showers? OH, WAIT!!! NO, that's not it... it's FROG EGGS!!! Yes, a very large bullfrog splatted into the pond, directly in front of you, smattering you and your camera with the eggs that had been laid near the water's edge. Of course - what idiot couldn't see that? Who do you think you're dealing with here? Yeeesh! ;) ~ Lonnit

My guess would be a very clean, shiny sheet of metal with a lot of buck shot dimples - Very nice. -RoyBob

Thanks, Cat & Cindy! It is not water droplets and it is not a window. Water drops would not distort in quite this way. I hesitate to say what it actually is until people have had a chance to really look at it. ~Sharon

Water droplets on the window I presume? Defintely gives it a different - heh what is that? - feel. Well seen, Cindy
