I too was wondering about the explanation. Well you did convey that when you have left 2 labels, not just one! Clever! -Cat

Thanks Tiffany, Victor, Pops, Vikas, Michael and Tim for the feedback.
Michael/Tim - I intentionally included the label in the picture. The thought process behind
the picture...
- wanted it to be a contemporary still life
- to indicate that most of us get our produce/fruits from a grocery superstore and not freshly picked from a farm.

Did I convey all that? maybe not...

The label must be the whole point! Surely! No one with this level of technical proficiency is going to have done this other than purposefully - to subvert the cliche he has so competently recreated? Tim A

With the experience of viewing RK's past work, I think the label is no accident. Further, I'll go out on a limb and state that I like the label amidst such a classic still life. -Michael

Yup.... great great still life except for the label.

Cheers, Vikas.

Or clone it out or burn it in. This is a great shot except for that label. - Pops

I agree about the label. I'd even go so far as to say that the label ruins the picture. Can you reshoot it without the label? -- Victor

looks almost like a painting to me. nice lighting and feel to it. I think I would have taken that label off though.
