Jingyan, thanks for the comment. "The Purly Gates" is the name of the knitting store in Marietta. As little as I know about knitting one of the basic "stiches" you can make is a "Purl" The name is just a play on words.

I think I thought texture first, but I'm not sure, so it stays because I am thinking, "What the heck color IS that?!". OH NO! Now to figure out where to put it in color order! GAK! LOL! :) ~Lonnit

Nice texture and pattern. The color / light create mood and depth. But may I ask what the title means? - Jingyan
