Thanks for the comments Rob. My monitor at home sucks. Most of the things you did not like are from the post processing. I tried again.

I really like the subject/theme, the tone and the composition, but (*) I am not crazy about the way you lighted this, strong highlights under the eye and on fingers no light on the lower jaw and in the eye. Do you have other setups? Rob.
