Mikel, I took a close look at the puck in the second picture (300%) and the puck is on edge, I cant see a shadow under the puck, still it could be in the air, or just touching on a edge...difficult to tell. If it went off the pads, it looks like it would go into the goal. By the looks of the 3rd picture the puck is to the right and behind the goal line making me think the puck is going from left to right etc.

Are you certain that the puck is not just in the air in the second shot after going off the pads?

Mikel, I dont think the goalie actually saved the goal, I think the puck hit the right goal post and went across the goal line and hit that bouncing out to hit the goalies pads and then bounced back to the left of the net. I dont think the goalie could have touched it. this is a sequence of shots at 5 fps, this is three of them in a row! Gary

Nice capture, great save by the goalie. Had to do a double take before I figured out what was happening with the puck.
