Well the blade of grass isn't pointing straight up but at an angle, and the sand dunes are hilly. I agree though it would've been nicer if all the sand grains where in focus.
Just one question, though. The blurred part of the image is at upper left and lower right. Why is that? Is the image rotated? I think it would have been better with all the grains of sand as equally focused as possible. -- Victor
