Thanks Debbi. :-) Have passed on your message to the model and asked him to get in touch with you in exactly 20 years time. ;-)

Thanks Sonny/Fretnomore, appreciate it.

Thanks for your comment Armin. I went back and forth between the two photos after reading your comment but I think I prefer this version. Thanks though.

Thanks Autumn Sky. Techo, you are welcome :-)

Thanks Dorys... self portrait....NAH, hate being in front of the camera... need to get over that so maybe a Self Portait Challenge is in order. :-)

Thanks Alexeig and Ann, appreciate it..... Yup to be younger... am off to hunt for the fountain of youth, am sure I need it. :-)

Thanks Eric. Regarding how this fits into the theme, essentially this pic is my interpretation of the In Between theme in the sense that the model's face is 'inbetween' his arms which in turn are 'inbetween' the wooden frame. That was my take with this shot. Regarding similar shots, I went back and checked my entries in all the other challenges and dont think I have posted shots like this so am a little confused on that front actually.

Cheers, Vikas.

it's a nice photo, but to me I just can't see how it fits the theme, and to me it is very similar to a lot of your other extremely good work, with that same look, so it just loses impact after a while. technically I can't comment but as you put an Asterik on your work I guess you were looking for some technical help which I can't offer because I really think your technical ability is quite high.

This high contrast b&w is very well done. Excellent exposure and composition! Wow!

To be honest, I liked it a bit better with the frame asymmetry...this - to me - is too perfect (= model-ed). ~ Armin

I hate pictures like this, reminds me of my own sad physical condition... :-)
Great picture, great b/w treatment.

Lonnit, Thank you, your generous comments sure make me blush :-) Thank you again.

Olaf, thanks and I suspect you are right about Lonnit ;-)
Thanks also for noticing the frame not being exactly aligned, had taken at least 10/12 shots in this pose and unfortunately didnt notice the misalignment in this particular one till the time I had already processed this shot and then got too lazy. But thanks for pointing it out; have corrected the asymmetery. Incidentally, please automatically assume an asterisk after all my pics. :-)

Thanks Techo, appreciate it. Taken at f/13, 1/250; main to camera right along with hair light, fill to camera left along with rim light behind the model's right.

Ed your comment made me grin :-D

Cheers, Vikas.

Thanks so much!

Lonnit, you sure it's not the model that has you drooling?

No, this is a fantastic image! The lighting is perfect, I really like that rim of light on the model's right side (viewer's left). My only nit, is that the frame is almost touching the model on the viewer's left, while there is plenty of room on the right. (Asumed that you forgot to put an asterisk in again - if not, feel free to delete this comment).

Vikas, you have done the impossible... you've left me speechless! Ok, sat here a few more moments trying to come up with words and I am completely blank. Words would be a disservice. I am bowing at your feet. ~ Lonnit
