You've not put a (*) on this? Oh well as host I guess it's my duty to ignore that. It's an OK shot but doesn't light my fire. You've frozen the water and the surfer but it just doesn't have that pizazz about it. In your heart of hearts, I suspect you had the odd reservation about posting this as your title gives that impression.

But ultimate sin - anyone with a monitor that renders shadow detail well will see his head is blacker than the rest of his body. It's almost as if someone (ahem) has used the burn tool on it to obscure some facial details. Not that I'm averse to PS work of course but you've left some evidence behind I'm sure :)

Sorry. Does that sound a bit rough for the gallery opener?
