I shot this with an old Vivitar Series 1, 70-210mm f3.5 manual lens. The focal length and aperature don't register since the lens has no electronics. I shot this at f5.6 at about 180mm, iso 400 to keep a little grain. I really liked the flags in the foreground, so I photoshop'd the empire backdrop to the sepia tone, to have the flags pop a little more.
