Used frontlighting instead of backlighting on this shot. Added flash for sparkle. Not sure how to replace the EXIF data. Here is the new: 160s f5.6 at 135mm 1600 iso

Canon EOS 20D ,Tamron AF 28-300mm f/3.5-6.3 XR Di LD IF
1/50s f/14.0 at 135.0mm iso100 full exif

other sizes: small medium original auto

Thank you both for your comments. I'll continue working on this one. Studio technique is coming slowly for me. I have a idea for lighting that I hope won't require so much retouching. Hope to get it done before the challenge closes. - CameraShy09

I love the fact that you have tried something outside the box, but overall the effect is a bit to indistinct for me.

It looks a little too blurry to me. It creates a nice effect, but would like to see something in focus. theFly
