Destach! Natch! The whole scene was in pastels and the light and shadow from the shutters was mesmerizing. The scene was a bit "much," so I decided to soften it. Thank you. Shu

Lovely. Would it be cliche to say, I had a good hunch this was yours ;) you have a great eye. The exposure is right on. I really like your white on white series. Was this one desaturated? I think so but I could be wrong. Doesn't make a difference really but I was just curious.

Like a wisp of mist delicately fondling the lamp and wall. Wonderful.

You're the master at this on here. This is nice because even though the photo has the full range of light to dark, the area of black is very small so overall, the contrast in the shot is quite low. And that's what I like, I think. The shape formed by what we can see of the lamp is nice and the way the shadows from the blinds continue the line of the shade is also pleasing. You are just too good at this. I guess I would like to see the bottom edge of the lampshade more parallel with the frame too, but to really get it, you'd have to actually tweak the shade on the lamp and reshoot, I think, because the rest of the image seems lined up right, so really, we're just seeing what was actually there at the time in this shot.

Lovely Shu! I saw the thumb and said, "No, this CAN'T be a Shu!" and shu-enough, it is! Very nice. I'd like to see it slightly rotated so that the bottom edge of the shade is not angled. Really nice. Keep up the good work! ~ Lonnit
