It's a beautiful garden, Albot, with lovely reflections. (*) I agree with Lonnit that the composition lets my eye wander without sufficient direction. I wonder if morning light or late afternoon light would highlight and shape certain areas so that you could capture the full scene with more modelling of shapes. -Michael

I agree it is quite a busy picture. I personally like the reflecting blue sky and red leaves. I wish there had been some cloud cover on the trees, oh well. Thanks for the comments

I was curious to see what I would have done, had I been there. This is what I came up with. These are the areas that would have caught my attention.

Regretfully, I must say, I'm lost and confused. There is simply too much going on here; its just too busy. For lack of anyplace else for my eyes to rest, I am drawn to hide in that little area behind the rock on the left side, in the shade under the tree. It's the only solid patch of plain space. I'm sure you must have felt this place to be serene and beautiful. Unfortately it didn't translate that way. The harsh, dappled lighting adds to the confusion. An overcast sky might be better here, along with focusing on a specific area of the scene that you find most interesting, or at least try putting the pergola off center instead of in the middle.
