Couple things...#1 I am "cheap"? WTF? After all the nice things I have written about you? Lonnit, you are on my list. #2 iso, I like the ring flash so I guess that I also have taste. But it does seem just a tad over-exposed. Compositionally, I think the lipstick on the cheek would be more powerful if the person on the left didn't have eyeshadow. The symmetry in the current photo makes the kiss hard to see.
Yes Olaf it is a ring flash. Yes Phil the tight crop is to help emphasise the catchlights (which is a love it or hate it thing I know). theFly knows class when he sees it. Everyone else is blind LOL

Yes! For a change I can honestly say I don't like an Iso!
Sorry, I'll calm down now - I'm with Olaf, those lights in the eyes are really ugly, but if I know iso at all, then I'm sure they are 100% deliberate.

Is this shot with one of those large ring-lights you put on your lens (lens seeing through the middle of the lightsource) to eliminate all shadows and make wrinkles disappear, which is so popular among modeling photographers these days? I don't care for the lighting and I don't like the ring-shaped highlights - but that's just me...
