First, your photo makes me hungry for strawberries.

Second, I am glad you rotated the image, as it was not very hill-like with the dark spot in the bottom corner.

Third, I'd reshoot with the berry rotated away from the camera some, if you have no already consumed the subject. Or perhaps crop jsut above the 'fold' in the fruit.

No, no,no - don't misunderstand me! I have a hard time finding any interesting scapes around where I live, be it city-scapes or landscapes. I don't have a car and not a lot of time either, so I was starting to give up on the idea of getting any eligible shots for this challenge. Then you enter this and a whole new world of opportunities open up to me - you really got my creative juices flowing! Love the shot and the creative interpretation of the theme! I would have been tempted to shoot the strawberry in a way so that it resembled a hill a bit more perhaps...

Olaf,
Thanks for comment.
This is my justification for the picture being on-topic:
- the word "scape" is defined as "A scene; a view... ".
- "Be as creative as you like. Anything related to scapes is encouraged..." defined by the host
- I interpreted this definition at a macro level

If this is off-topic, Please let me know and I'll replace this picture.

Fantastic! If this qualifies as a "scape"-shot, there may still be hope for me...
