This is the view from our deck. This morning the clouds were magnificent.

Nice to know I am not the only person who likes to take cloud photos. ;)

The thumbnail almost looks like a B&W image. The blue of the sky does not stand out from the grey and white of the clouds all that much, and this is further accented by the heavy shadows of the lower part of the image. I'd agree with previous comments that some cropping of the lower parts might help, or perhaps a combination of cropping and lightening of the shadows. I am not sure how to deal with the sky/cloud contrast, or if it is even a real issue.

Nice and difficult clouds with this light. I would crop a tad from the left and open the shadows a bit

Ann...These are some extremely interesting clouds you got going. My only nitpick is that the photo has a lot of "junk" in the bottom of the frame...There is a partial house a deck side etc....I'm not sure what kind of crop would be best, but I feel that those things take a lot away fromt he clouds which are lovely... Cheers, :-D

PS. Your shots in the Exhibition Gallery are Incredible...very lovely!
