Not sharpness. Maybe some local area contrast, like USM: amount 30%, radius 7 would be good? --Olaf.dk

Thanks Michael. Updated with your suggestion. One thing I was thinking, do you think the photo lacks sharpness? on one side I do not want the lemon section to really stand out but on the other I don't want it to look too mute. -Techo.

Beautiful and great composition. Lose the inner white frame/line though. It really distracts from the nice image. - MS
