You are correct....I goofed. I didn't realize the timeline on the challenge. I'll upload another set into the elegible category soon. Off to work, and may look up on the way :).

My apologies, and thanks for letting me know.

David - can you be more specific with your shot dates please. Although "Jan 05" could fall within the challenge dates, it's hard to be sure, so these might need to go into the Exhibition gallery. Phil

Dean,

Thanks for your positive comments on this and the twin towers. Your winning photo from last time was really amazing and I decided after seeing it, I should join this "club". I'm new to the board and just got my rebel (and love it...it is my baby). As far as your comment on this one, there was low cloud cover (unfortunately!). The view from up there was amazing, until the clouds filled in completely. It would have been a better shot had the clouds been non-existent. I only had 2 days in Tokyo, and it rained for both of them...am waiting for more relevant challenges to submit a couple of other shots from the "Asia Tour".

Thanks again for your kind comments, and hope to continue to submit to the group as I find time.

Was there cloud/fog at the top of the tower? It would explain the fuzzy/noise, but if not, some noise reduction would sharpen things up a bit. Either way, this is a nice shot.
