Is this baby Hopkins? Strong composition - intersecting diagonals. Hands are the only thing sharp and at the intersecting point as well as in the center - no doubt about what the main subject is here... However, I do think the small tonal difference between the hands and the rest is a drawback as well as the lack of contrast and detail within the hands. Makes me wonder if keeping it in color would have been better? --Olaf
