I had entered this picture in b/w into the last challenge;
but I think the image fits quite well into this one also.
(BTW: Which version do *you* like better?)

1/320s f/1.8 at 50.0mm iso100 full exif

I like this version from the two choices, but I think you could do a better B&W conversion with much more contrast... then I might like the B&W better :)

I always like color better, but the b&w version saves the overblown white on his collar. Strong composition.

I prefer the colour, because it is fairly monochromatic. BTW, does anyone else think he looks like Claudio Ranieri, the ex Chelsea manager? - Jono
