This is an image of people on a balloon in Baltimore MD. Balloon was stranded 200 feet above ground while high winds were pushing it around for around two hours. During that time winds crushed the balloon against the air conditioning shed on the top of the city police headquarter. Seventeen scared people were on the balloon and four were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries. I was there for the last one hour and when the balloon touched the ground observing people cheered for the successful landing.
