Sunk *

Port Adelaide, South Australia

We just happenned to see this sunken boat today, and thought of this challenge. Tooks pics. from different angles with the camera on strange inclinations like a good boy. BUT it was difficult to recognise what it was unless the picture was rotated again. So Lonnit, if it doesn't fit your guidelines please delete it.

I've rotated it as suggested. Thanks, Neil

Hi Neil, I kinda like the suggestion to rotate 90° clockwise. -Ed Hahn

Thanks for the comments, do I leave it as is, or rotate it 90 degrees clockwise?? I think I'll leave it. Thanks, Neil

Neil, I DO like it this way! The average person would shoot it with the building level and you shot it with the masts level. So much more creative, certainly still very recognizable. You shouldn't have doubted yourself - this is good! That's the kind of creativity I'm looking for! I don't want people shooting just anything on an angle, just becuase that's the challenge. The real deal is to find a subject that calls to be put on an angle. You did exactly that!!! This was a perfect subject! You captured the spirit of the challenge! :) ~ LOnnit

Have you tried rotating the whole picture 90 degrees clockwise. It make a very cool and funny picture.

Modified back to where it started from, I don't know that it's cool, but the water is cool. Neil

Neil, you managed to get about a 2 degree angle here, so I cannot technically disqualify it! :) I guess what you did was use the oval to cover the blank corners that were left by the rotation? As for being unrecognizable, what's wrong with that? Sometimes that makes for more interest. Anything that makes a person stop and study the photo more is a good thing IMO. :) Show us the unrotated original - I bet it's cool! ~ Lonnit
