Cheers Joe, bearing in mind this was the 6th December, in Northern England up a gert big hill! We were beaten off Helvellyn two days before by a horizontal blizzard and there were patches of snow around when I took this photo. Either way it has a strange warmth to it, but best of all it brings back very nice memories for me, and was a pleasure to dig out for the gallery. There are actually more photos to stitch to this one to make a panorama, maybe i'll get round to doing them soon?

I love the landscape forms. I wish the light was warmer and brighter in the fore- and mid-ground areas, but still an engaging image. --Joe
