Thank you, Olaf, for your comments. I went around in circles trying to decide on the frame, and I see what you mean. Frames are a new thing for me, and I need lots more practice. This was a shot I took on my way to the car after shooting about 100 shots of the fountain that was to my right. When I noticed the vivid colors in the reflection, I had to take the shot. It's unusual because this must have been between tides because the waster was so still, hence the smooth refections. Thanks again... Tim

The best feature of this shot is the reflection in the water - I just love that! That was not the first thing I noticed though. The frame was - and that is not positive. The frame should not compete for attention.
Also, due to its relative height and striking architecture, I feel the modis-building is the center of interest in this photograph - and therefore I would prefer it to be more off-centered. The buildings to the viewer's left of the modis-building are mediocre in comparison, but the bridge with all its details is a visually worthy counterweight to the modis-building.
I am not sure how, but feel a different crop possibly could improve this shot. Maybe a crop won't do, maybe what is needed is a shot from a different angle, from further to the viewer's left, having the bridge lead to modis-building?
While I offer no concrete suggestions, except for getting rid of the colored frame, I hope this analysis will prove to be helpful. Anyway, that was definitely my intention - to be helpful.
