Thats the full frame unfortunately, would have loved to have got the whole car. On those shots that I did take with a little less zoom, the fence posts interfered. This was pretty much the best of the bunch from this viewpoint.

As far as the taking was concerned, stood up in the grandstand and panned like a madman, handheld. I do actually pride myself on panning, framing and timing, something i think i'm not bad at. Now all I need to learn is the other 99.9% of photography in general.

Yikes! Dizzy! But totally cool! I can almost see the front wheels spinning on this one and that works well!

However, crop may be a little too tight and it doesn't give me the feeling of directional movement (either comming or going) and negates the intended movement of the vehicle and therefore gives more of a static look. But then again, who am I to say? :)

Overall...I like it because of the illusion on the wheels :)
