I played with this image a bit in Elements, and think you might like the results if you crop it a little more tightly, so the sky doesn't show on the left or at the top. You end up with just the industrial things and the message. I switched it to B&W, too. Thanks for sharing it!

I think some additional post-processing would do this image good, levels and maybe some USM-contrast would clear it up and make it pop more. On the bright side, the composition is really nice, and I just appreciate the fact that someone had a camera around to capture the image in the first place.
