Dave, The folks of Anacortes also call this one the emerald city. I think it's more topaz myself. Ann C

Hi Ann, your refinery pics are great. I have a friend that lives near one here in Minn, when his kids were younger he told them it was the Emerald City. (from the wizard of oz) The refinery here gives off a greenish hue. Anyway, nice pic. dave v
