Believe it or not, this is my companies mascot. I get to look at this eveytime I go to wrok.

OK - here are my 2 cents worth. If I was seeing this every day going in to work, I would have posted it as well - it's a funny company mascot. One suggestion however is to try different angles / perspectives. Try taking 50 images of this guy, all with a different point of view (from below, close up, etc.) The image currently is kinda flat and you need to bring more emphasis / focus on the subject. I remember a quote (Ansel Adams ??) where he (basically) says one of the most important technical elements of a photograph is where the photographer is standing. Hope that helps :) - Ralph
